What a beautiful drum machine. This Roland TR-727 is in really good condition for its age. For those who are unfamiliar with the 727, it is basically a 707 but with "Latin" inspired sounds. Think congas, bongos, whistles, cabasas, agogos, and timbales. Each voice has individual outputs and separate volume faders. Once you learn to use it, it is a very fun and fast piece of equipment to get ideas out. It sounds great!
All functions appear to work as intended. I'm including a 12 VDC power supply that works with the unit. Batteries (two AA batteries) should be used so you can store your patterns. The battery compartment is clean and the cover is included. I went through this unit and cleaned the faders and inspected the power supply - all components checked out fine. The LCD is in good condition and is very clear and easy to read. All fader caps are included as is the tempo knob (these seem to get lost quite often).
